How does it work?
StairAuction is of the opinion that a purchase can be cheaper any time. Each time the consumer request a quotation, either by (SMS different countries only) or by PayPal (all countries) the shop value drops with a certain amount. When the price is at your favourable price you have the option to buy it.
My price quotation is not available any more, why?
It may occur that another user has already redeemed his/her offer. An offer is only available for one product. Therefore we always recommend that you do another price request just before purchasing the product.

Is it safe to get a quotation by PayPal?
Yes, the process of paying will take place in the secure environment of Paypal.
How can I get a quotation by Paypal?
Underneath each product you find a small box in which you can type your email. By using this box you can easily request the current price. This process involves 5 steps. 1. Type in your email adres. 2. Click on with paypal. 3. You will be send to the secured payment area of Paypal. 4. After logging into the Paypal system you should click on Pay Now, the browser will process your payment and it will guide you back to the Stairauction webpage. 5. Your current offer will be displayed underneath the product. Immediately you will recieve an email in which a purchase code is mentioned. Whith this code you purchase the product at the mentioned price.
